Flexco® Size 1

The smallest fastener in the Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System, Size 1 accommodates belts thicknesses from 3/16” to 7/16” (5 mm to 11 mm). It accommodates belt tension ratings up to 150 PIW and belt strength up to 260 kN/m.

  • Design: Solid plate; piloted bolts with tapered tips
  • Belt Thickness: 3/16” to 7/16” (5 mm to 11 mm)
  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 12” (300 mm)
  • For Belt Tension Rating Up To: 150 PIW
  • For Belt Strength Up To: 260 kN/m
  • Belt Widths: 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60”, 72” (300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm,1350 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm)
