Y-Type™ Secondary Cleaner

The Y-Type™ Secondary Belt Cleaner improves belt cleaning efficiency and reduces routine maintenance tasks. With an easy, do-it-yourself installation and simple, serviceable blades, all at an affordable price, it is an ideal solution for your belt cleaning needs.
 
The versatile Y-Type cleaner features Standard Duty and Heavy Duty models, multiple blade options, and is compatible with reversing conveyors. 
  • Segmented tips easily serviced utilizing a removable cartridge
  • Blades available in carbide and polyurethane (purple, white/food grade, red ultra high-temp)
  • CEMA Class 3*
  • YST spring tensioner with visual tension check can be configured for push-up or pull-up tensioning
  • Belt speeds up to:
  • SD: 600 fpm (3 m/sec)
  • HD: 750 fpm (3.75 m/sec)
  • Belt widths:
  • SD: 18" to 48" (450 to 1200 mm)
  • HD: 36" to 72" (900 to 1800 mm)
